Domaine de la Quilla 2010 Muscadet Sevre & Maine

Do not mistake this wine for a Muscato D'Asti, the two wines have nothing in common, it fact the grape used to make this wine is Melon de Bourgnone. Aromas of green apples, lemon and herbs greet you as soon as you catch your first wiff. The lemony notes carry to the palate, along apple, pear, melon and mineral tones. The wine dry and lean, and perfect with shellfish. $10.99

  1. Thanks for posting this. I agree the wines of this domaine, run by the Vinet brothers, are certainly worth knowing about. For more information, my Domaine de la Quilla profile might be of interest. on Domaine de la Quilla 2010 Muscadet Sevre et Maine
