Domaine Huet 2007 Brut Vouvray Petillant

This is a sparkling wine from my favorite producer in Vouvray, it is 100% Chenin Blanc, it is dry, and it is totally delightful. Fresh, clean and lively, not so much of that yeastiness of Champagne. Flavors are crisp apples, pears, citrus and minerals, with a very clean, dry, long finish. A great choice for sparkling wine as a get the night started glass. $28.99
