Steele 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Red Hills

This cab from our friend Jed Steele, has nice richness, elegance and balance. The fruit is of blackberries, cherries, dried berries and plum notes. Spicy tones and hint of oak, earth and smoke, are followed by fairly soft tannins and a longish finish. The real good choice for grilled meats, my fav would lamb chops. $24.99
