The 2009 Finca Dofi is a block buster wine for Palacios, always known for producing high quality wines, this has raised the bar again. A blend of Grenacha, Cabernet, Syrah and Merlot, this is a powerful wine, that has grace and manners. Fruit reminds of black cherry and raspberry, leading to notes of spice, coffee, wild flowers, anise, tobacco and cedar.
