Groom 2010 Bush Block Zinfandel Barossa Valley

OK, so you don't think of Zinfandel when you think about Australian wines, well maybe you should. Darrel Groom brought zin vines back to Australia, after being winemaker for Geyser Peak. This zin is lush and ripe, with raspberry and black cherry notes. Hints of spice and black pepper add depth to this medium bodied wine with soft tannins.
